Seattle Library

Seattle Central Library designed by Rem Koolhass and OMA. 4th and Spring Street.  Next to Hotel Monaco.  Sacerac bar has gourmet pizza cooked in the open fire pit.
I woke up to watch the window washers wash the diamond shaped window panes of the Central library across the street.  The walk up Spring street is very steep.  The best way to walk is to go down hill to Pike Place then walk to China Town.  But there's not much to do in China Town.  The Pike Place market has fresh ingredients and the best sea food.  From there, the Seattle Aquarium is just across the street.  Take the elevator down to the parking lot and walk to the Aquarium.  It's larger then it looks from the outside.  The aquarium is larger then the one in Newport.
